Low-Ticket Digital Downloads

Low-Ticket Mini-Courses
Eligible mini-courses may include a 14-day “no questions asked” refund guarantee unless otherwise stated on the sales page.
High-Ticket Courses and Coaching Programs
Certain higher-ticket programs may include a conditional refund guarantee.
To qualify for a refund under a conditional guarantee, you may be required to demonstrate meaningful participation and implementation of the program material. This may include, but is not limited to:

attending coaching calls,
and demonstrating reasonable effort to implement the strategies taught.
